At Metallic Touch, each piece is custom-made to order, which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@metallictouch.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
