If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds.

    • Custom orders: Varies depending on design complexity
  • International Orders:
    • Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs fees unless prepaid at checkout.
    • Shipping times vary by country and customs processing.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times once the package is with the carrier.

SECTION 8 – SAFETY NOTICE – SHARP EDGES DISCLAIMER

  • Some of our metal art pieces may have sharp edges or points due to the cutting process.
  • Handle with care when unpacking, installing, or moving your artwork.
  • Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper handling.
