1. Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 5-8 business days, but this is not guaranteed and may vary depending on demand, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
  • Custom orders: Processing time varies based on design complexity and will be estimated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including:
UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS for domestic and international orders.

The carrier for your shipment is selected based on the most reliable and cost-effective option for your location.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on select items or during special sales (terms will be clearly stated at the time of promotion).

4. International Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide, but please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price unless prepaid at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import fees when their order arrives in their country.

To avoid unexpected charges, check your country's import policies before ordering.

If your order is delayed due to customs processing, Metallic Touch is not responsible for additional wait times.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order is shipped, Metallic Touch is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, household members, or your front desk.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier for tracking updates.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect address submissions.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some large or oversized orders may require additional shipping time.
